1 General Terms

Welcome to the 499bar platform. These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between 499bar ("we", "our", "platform") and its users ("you", "member"). By visiting our website, creating an account, or using any of our services, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our platform. 499bar is an online betting and gaming platform operated specifically for users in Bangladesh.

2 Account Registration

Having an active and verified account is mandatory to use 499bar's services. You must provide accurate and complete information at the time of registration.

2.1 Registration Requirements

• Each individual may open only one account.
• All information provided at registration must be truthful, accurate, and up to date.
• Providing false information may result in the account being closed immediately.
• Account login details (username and password) must be kept strictly confidential.
• Operating on behalf of another person or using another person's account is strictly prohibited.

2.2 Account Security

You must notify our support team immediately of any unauthorized access to your account. The account holder is responsible for any losses resulting from misuse of the account, unless it is proven that the access occurred due to a flaw in our security systems.

2.3 Multiple Account Prohibition

Opening more than one account in the same person's name is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, all associated accounts will be permanently closed and all balances may be forfeited.

3 Age Verification and Identity Confirmation

You must be at least 21 years old to use our platform. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

3.1 Identity Verification Process

499bar may request the following documents for identity verification at any time:

• A copy of your National Identity Card (NID) or passport
• Proof of current address (utility bill or bank statement)
• Proof of ownership of the payment method

Withdrawals may be restricted until verification is complete. Use of a false identity will result in the account being closed immediately and the balance may be forfeited.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

499bar supports the popular payment methods available in Bangladesh. All financial transactions are secured with SSL encryption.

4.1 Deposit Terms

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (per method)
• Accepted methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, bank transfer
• Use only a payment account registered in your own name.
• Deposits made through a third party are prohibited and such funds may be forfeited.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800
• Withdrawals can only be made to the verified method used when completing the transaction.
• Standard processing time: 30 minutes to 3 hours.
• Time may increase in complex situations or when verification is required.
• Withdrawals may be restricted while an active bonus wagering requirement is in progress.

4.3 Transaction Cancellation

Funds once deposited are generally non-refundable. However, in the case of a duplicate deposit caused by a technical error, we will make every effort to return the excess amount. Once processing of a withdrawal request has begun, cancellation may not be possible.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

499bar offers various bonuses and promotional offers. Each bonus has its own terms which should be read carefully before claiming.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

• New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000.
• Example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,200 bonus — giving you a total of ৳2,200 to play with.
• A 10x wagering requirement must be met before the bonus can be withdrawn.
• The bonus may only be claimed once per member.
• If the wagering requirement is not completed within 30 days of claiming the bonus, the bonus will be cancelled.

5.2 Wagering Terms

A wagering requirement means you must place bets totalling a specified multiple of the bonus amount before becoming eligible to withdraw. The wagering contribution may vary by game — details will be stated in the terms of each bonus offer.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

Abuse of the bonus system — such as claiming bonuses using multiple accounts, arbitrage betting, or coordinated activity — is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

6 Betting and Gaming Policy

All gaming activity on 499bar is conducted on the basis of fairness and transparency. Our games use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which ensures that every outcome is completely random and not predetermined.

6.1 Bet Acceptance and Cancellation

• A bet that has been successfully placed will be considered binding.
• 499bar reserves the right to cancel bets placed at odds that were incorrectly displayed due to a technical error.
• If an event is cancelled or abandoned, the stake for the relevant bet will be returned.
• In the event of a betting dispute, the decision of 499bar shall be considered final.

6.2 Cricket Betting Guidelines

The following rules apply to betting on BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and other international cricket tournaments:

• Live bets after a match has started are only accepted in specified markets.
• If a result is determined by the Duckworth-Lewis method, a separate settlement policy will apply to the relevant markets.
• The right is reserved to void the result of any match linked to allegations of match fixing or spot fixing.

6.3 Live Casino Policy

In live casino games (games from Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, and other providers), if a bet remains incomplete due to a disconnection, settlement will be based on the last recorded state of the round.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are completely prohibited on the 499bar platform:

• Money laundering or any transaction involving illegal funds.
• Claiming bonuses or promotions using multiple accounts.
• Arbitrage betting or wagering strategies that guarantee a certain profit.
• Placing bets using bots or automated software.
• Exploiting incorrect odds or technical errors.
• Coordinated betting activity with other users.
• Any attempt to compromise the security or integrity of the platform.
• Assisting a minor to open an account.

8 Account Suspension

499bar reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Failure to complete identity verification.
• Suspicious financial activity.
• A risk of threat to the security of the platform.
